With over 35 years of medical experience, Strand Orthopaedic Consultants has come to symbolize excellence in Orthopaedic care along the Grand Strand. Consisting of six board-certified and one board-eligible orthopaedic surgeons, the group is representative of some of the finest medical schools in the nation. Strand Orthopaedic provides the best care from simple sprains to the most complex spinal or sports related injuries. It is our mission to get patients "back to life" and "back in the game" and help them resume normal activities in the safest and shortest amount of time.
As the first Orthopaedic group to treat sports related injuries in the area, Strand Orthopaedic Consultants has consistently been the leader in our field. In fact, we helped to develop programs to certify and place athletic trainers in Horry County Schools.
